Frequently Asked Questions
Fill out our order form and fax or mail it in. When we receive your order we will contact you prior to charging your credit card to confirm payment details. The shipping address should be your local FFL dealer (for 01 items) or the address on your C&R (03 FFL) dealer license.
Once we confirm we have the item in stock, your payment, and proper shipping information your order will be shipped promptly. Turnaround time is usually 24 to 72 hours (BECAUSE OF HIGH DEMAND SOME ITEMS MAY TAKE UP TO SIX WEEKS). We will keep FFL information on file till the expiration date. This will make re-ordering easy.
My credit card was charged, but I've not gotten the tracking information.
Sometimes FedEx or USPS don't send an email for whatever reason. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask and we will manually send you the tracking information. Also please check your SPAM filter, it may have been stuck there.
I don't know what a C&R is, can I still have a firearm shipped to my home?
No, if you do not possess a Curio and Relic License, you must have your purchase shipped to an FFL for transfer.
The firearm I want to purchase was manufactured prior to 1898, do I still need to go thru an FFL?
No, anything manufactured prior to 1895 is not considered a firearm by the ATF. However, we do require a valid copy of your driver's license along with a notarized affidavit stating that you are under no restrictions to own or possess a firearm in the location where you reside.
